How Hot Is Too Hot For Your Dog? 70º Can Be Dangerous!

Dogs are at risk of heat stroke in temperatures as low as 70ºF! Dogs develop heat stroke when they are no longer able to self-regulate and keep their temperature at a comfortable level.

Every year vets treat hundreds of cases of heat stroke and sadly many of them end up with tragic and deadly endings.

What may seem like a nice day for us as humans could actually be very dangerous for dogs. Heat-related illnesses with dogs are almost always preventable as long as you know when your dog is at risk.

It only takes 15 minutes for a dog with heat stroke to die so please do not take the risk of exposing your dog to excessive heat.

If you think your dog has heat stroke find your nearest emergency vet ASAP!
